Real Madrid is immersed in a frenzy of transfers with Kylian Mbappé at the center of attention. Paris Saint-Germain would be willing to negotiate the departure of the French forward, which could take him to the Santiago Bernabéu for a fee close to 250 million EUR. But that's not all, as Mbappé has also reportedly requested the signing of his friend and teammate from PSG.
Hakimi, the Moroccan right-back, was one of the star signings for the Parisian club, but his performance has not met expectations. However, he has developed a close friendship with Mbappé. Now, in the event that Mbappé joins Real Madrid for the 2023/24 season, the forward has already asked Florentino Pérez for the signing of Hakimi.
In light of this situation, Real Madrid is keeping a close eye on Hakimi's progress and could make an offer in the coming months. The main objective would be to strengthen the right-back position, where Dani Carvajal has been dealing with injuries and a lack of competition.
Currently, Carlo Ancelotti has had to rely on players like Nacho or Lucas Vázquez to cover that position. Hakimi's arrival would radically change that situation, providing experience and quality.
However, Hakimi's price tag will not be low, which would mean that Real Madrid would have to pay a significant additional amount to PSG to fulfill Mbappé's first wish. The white club seems willing to make that effort to meet the demands of their potential new star and further strengthen their squad for the upcoming season.
