Matchday 25 of the Premier League began on Saturday with Liverpool's 4-1 victory over Brentford that allowed The Reds to keep their place at the top of the table with a five-point lead over their closest rivals, Manchester City and Arsenal. However, the Citizens have an ace up their sleeve: they have played two games less, as they still have the game against Brentford to play.

The other game they have to play is this Saturday at Etihad Stadium against Chelsea, the worst performing team in the 'Big Six' this season. They are in 10th place in the standings with 34 points, for now far away from the qualification zone for international tournaments. Moreover, their attention is focused on another objective, the Carabao Cup, where they will face Liverpool in the final next Sunday.

But that doesn't mean that this Saturday's game will be an easy one for the Citizens. Coach Pep Guardiola knows that Chelsea are a team with a lot of quality and that they have top players that can complicate his plans. That is why he will field his best players.

Manchester City's starting lineup will be: Ederson; Kyle Wlaker, Ruben Dias, Nathan Ake, Manuel Akanji; Rodri, Kevin De Bruyne, Phil Foden; Julian Alvarez, Jeremy Doku, Erling Haaland. On the bench will be Stefan Ortega, Rico Lewis, John Stones, Bernardo Silva, Sergio Gomez, Matheus Nunes, Oscar Bobb, Mahamadou Susoho and Mateo Kovacic.
