Last season Manchester City achieved something unprecedented in their history: they won the three most important titles of the year. They had already been champions of the Premier League and FA Cup, but had never been successful in Europe. And not only did they achieve this by beating Inter in the Champions League final, but they also dominated England by winning the two most important titles in the country.

Messi, Cristiano or Haaland? Guardiola picked his favorite and shocked everyone
Only a few teams in the history of soccer have won the Treble and now the Citizens have the chance to do it for the second year in a row: in the Premier League they are only two points behind leaders Liverpool and have played a game less; in the FA Cup they are qualified for the round of 16, where they will face Luton Town; and in the Champions League they are also in the round of 16.
However, some do not believe a repeat of last season's success is possible. In fact, at the weekend Erling Haaland gave an interview to TNT Sports after the win vs Everton and, when asked about the possibility of doing so, he surprised everyone by replying, "No, we won't do that."
But Pep Guardiola has other plans. The coach is known for being very demanding with his players and pushing them to the limit in order to win as much as possible. That is why this Tuesday he will put together the best possible team for the first leg of the Champions League round of 16, against Copenhagen at Parken Stadion, Denmark.
