Pep Guardiola, the successful manager of Manchester City, has once again made history by achieving his second treble in his career. The Spanish coach becomes the first manager to accomplish this feat, setting a milestone in football.

After reaching glory by winning everything with the English club, including the Premier League, the FA Cup, and the Champions League, Guardiola may be considering leaving the team in the near future as he has nothing more to achieve with the English outfit.

Although the coach has a valid contract with Manchester City until 2025, according to reports from The Guardian, Guardiola would not renew his contract and would be ready to take on new challenges, fulfilling only the remaining two years of his contract before bidding farewell to the club.

"Pep Guardiola is firmly determined to leave Manchester City in two years when his contract expires. The coach has practically decided that he will depart in the summer of 2025, putting an end to his tenure after nine years," revealed the English media.

During his time in charge of Manchester City, Guardiola has managed a total of 413 matches, surpassing the 161 games with Bayern Munich and the 247 with Barcelona by a wide margin. Under his leadership, the team has won a total of 14 titles, establishing himself as one of the most successful managers in the history of the club.

He can make history

Although Guardiola's future plans after his stint in England are not yet known, the next two years could mark a record for the coach as he has the opportunity to become the most decorated manager in history, surpassing the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson.
